The Caribbean Medical Student Association (CMSA) brought island heat to campus with a smash-hit Patty Sale, flipping golden patties and sodas to fuel their mission for Caribbean health equity.
Freshly made beef patties, flaky, spiced, and stuffed with savory goodness, flew off trays by themselves or combo’d with childhood favorite sodas. Lines formed early as students grabbed the ultimate comfort combo, each bite supporting CMSA’s ongoing drive.
“Patties are more than food, they’re home, culture, and community on a plate,” shared a CMSA leader. The event sold out fast, channeling proceeds straight to underserved Caribbean communities.
