Pink in the Park: Breast Cancer Awareness Picnic

I understand that my registration is for the CMSA Pink in the Park Breast Cancer Awareness Picnic on October 4, 2026, and that registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by CMSA.

I consent to CMSA photographing or recording me during the event and using those images/videos for CMSA promotional and social media purposes.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the sponsorship level, benefits, and terms associated with my organization’s sponsorship of Pink in the Park. I understand that CMSA reserves the right to modify the date, time, location, programming, or other event details as reasonably necessary due to weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, or circumstances beyond CMSA’s control. I understand that CMSA will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to sponsors.

I authorize Caribbean Medical Student Association (CMSA) to use my organization’s name and logo for promotional purposes related to Pink in the Park, including the event flyer, website, social media, event signage, and other event-related materials. I understand that sponsor recognition is subject to the timely submission of required logos, names, and other promotional materials. CMSA cannot guarantee inclusion in materials that have already been finalized or distributed.

CMSA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Sponsorship payments may be deductible as charitable contributions to the extent permitted by law. Because sponsors may receive benefits in connection with their sponsorship, the deductible portion may be limited. Sponsors should consult their tax professional regarding the tax treatment of their contribution.
